骑手基础课程

这门课 is designed for students who want to learn to ride a motorcycle and for re-entry riders who have not ridden in a long time. BRC students will ride motorcycles provided by the college. BRC graduates receive an exemption from the NC DMV riding exam when applying for a motorcycle license.

  • No prior motorcycle experience is needed for the BASIC Rider Course.
  • 必须年满16岁吗. Students under the age of 18 must have the written consent of a parent or guardian. Parent or guardian must accompany the rider on the first night of class and sign a waiver for the rider to operate a motorcycle.
  • A driver's license or learners permit is not required to take the course.

Students are free to withdraw from the course at any time they feel uncomfortable to ride during the course. In either case, registration fees are nonrefundable.

BRC2 Skills Practice Rider Course is designed for riders who have a permit and possess basic skills. It is designed to help you bond more with your motorcycle. It consists of only riding exercises and does not include classroom-type instruction. It is a perfect way for you to reinforce basic skills on your own motorcycle. A school bike can be provided but is not recommended for the course. A skill test is an option and may be provided as a self-assessment opportunity only. 这门课 不会 earn you a License Testing Waiver "Graduate" Card for North Carolina. You must take the 骑手基础课程 to qualify for the skills waiver card.

高级骑手课程

This is a one-day course that complements your basic motorcycle rider skills and helps with personal risk assessment. It includes a fast-paced classroom segment with several fun interactive activities to improve perception and hazard awareness. Range exercises enhance both basic operating skills and crash-avoidance skills. Improving your braking and cornering finesse is emphasized. The course is beneficial for riders on any type of street motorcycle.

3轮基本骑手课程

The 3-wheel motorcycle training and education course is a basic learn-to-ride course. It provides the same fundamental skills as the MSF BRC, but on three wheels. You can ride your own 3-wheel motorcycle, or a school 3-wheel motorcycle can be provided. The course consists of both classroom and hands-on instruction. Upon successful completion and passing both the written and riding skill evaluations, students will receive the DMV Waiver Card.

出勤政策

All classes require 100% attendance and participation. Plan to arrive on time and stay for the completion of class every day.

退款政策

Due to the high demand of this class and limited seating, there is a 48-hour drop and refund policy. To receive a refund, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the start of class. 没有任何费用豁免.
